We had a great stay here. Best aspects were the spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, good shower, and convenient location close to the castle. The hotel facilities were excellent and we appreciated the free parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was also enjoyable.

The lack of an open restaurant and bar on Tuesdays can be a disappointment to guests who have planned their meals.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The shower was great and the location was perfect, being close to main attractions. We also enjoyed the hotel's recent refurbishment, which is quite noticeable.
Our stay was not free of some negatives. , the curtains were not sufficient to block out the early morning light, and we were required to call to check in which cost us extra in roaming charges.

The bathroom had a strong smell that made it unpleasant to spend time in the room. the curtains were inadequate in keeping the room dark at 5 in the morning.
